Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Training (It includes Project Management Skills that can be used for day-to-day project management).

Training Schedule:
It takes minimum 4 full days to complete the training. The individual topic tests will be conducted as soon as the each topic is finished.

• 4 full days and the fifth day for final.
• We will have on 4 Saturdays or 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays consecutively.
• Final Exam for Certificates will be on the fourth day.

What needs to be purchased?
Those who want to appear for the PMP exam will have to register themselves with PMI and they will get the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide and it will be used for the training.

What is the Objective of the training?

The standards developed by PMI if implemented in a practical manner in the project management it helps you finish the projects in scheduled time, budgeted cost and enable you to deliver the quality products. It gives whole new qualitative orientation to your project management skills. These standards are widely accepted through out the world. The big companies are in fact looking for certified project management professionals. So the training and the PMP certifications gives one an edge over the other competitors.

Project Management skills can be applied to projects in construction, IT, defense, automotives, aerospace, business management, finance, or any project where products are to be generated and delivered to the entire satisfaction of the Stake holders. Any task can be taken as a project. We shall deal with these concepts in the practice sessions.

A certificate will be issued duly signed by a PMP so you can appear for the PMP examination provided you fulfill other requirements. These requirements you will come to know once you become the member of PMI
